Holy Father’s Prayer Intention

 September 2010

General:  That in less developed parts of the world the proclamation of the Word of God may renew people’s hearts, encouraging them to work actively toward authentic social progress.

Missionary: That by opening our hearts to love we may put an end to the numerous wars and conflicts which continue to bloody our world.

Catholic Outreach to the Community

If you know of anyone interested in learning more about the Catholic Faith, please call their names into either one of us.  If you know of any local inactive/fallen-away Catholics (we suspect there are dozens), please call their names into us as well.  We would like to call on them & invite them to church for a “welcome back” meal & short program.  We very much need your help in this important matter.  You can reach people that we clergy often cannot reach.  May God bless us all!

    --- Fr. Tom (257-4456) & Deacon Jim (257-2967)

P.S.:  Anyone willing & able to help us with RCIA or help us welcome back inactive Catholics? Please call the Church Office soon.  Many, many thanks!

Eternal Rest Grant Unto Them O Lord!

Our sincere condolences to Ed & Mel Hettinger on the death of Ed’s aunt, Ruth Hettinger, & Mel’s sister, Marjorie Yunker. May they rest in everlasting Peace!  † Amen †
